Synth & Sequencer Session141 viewsThis was a quite amazing bit of the show. The only song I remember from this segment is "All She Wants Is". All four band members front and centre, Nick and John (And occasionally, Simon) with keyboard synths, Roger with a percussion synth. There was also a sequencer going, run by a technician at side of stage, who made a few screw-ups.

Wild 1158 viewsKarekare is one of the wildest beaches I've seen. This was a calm day.

Hanmer Horses206 viewsWe went for a three hour ride through the bush near Hanmer. Lou had Shar, I had Katie. Shar is a very docile girl, Katie is a bit of a prima donna, and did not like any other horse being near her. She is lovely to ride, though, and very easy to get the rhythm of in the rising trot.

Tabs on154 viewsThe tabs finish off the transom nicely. There is a slight curve at each edge, so I had to build up the transom in order to give the tabs a flat mounting surface.Apr 10, 2009

Trim Tab160 viewsThe built up area on the transom to give the tabs a flat mounting area can be clearly seen. I'm very happy with the result, considering I haven't done any fibreglassing for 21 years. I did the painting using my airbrush (Pointless using the spraygun for such a small area), and there are 6 coats of paint - 2 undercoat, 2 primer, 2 topcoat.Apr 10, 2009
